When you use FeePoints, we may collect: (a) Exchange affiliate data — your linked exchange ID and aggregate rebate amounts (we do not access trading details, balances, or API keys); (b) Wallet address — the BSC address you bind for AHT receipt; (c) Session data — standard web logs (IP, browser, timestamps) for security and analytics; (d) Communication data — emails you send to our support address.

We use collected information to: (a) calculate your FeePoints contribution per cycle; (b) coordinate AHT distribution via the AttenHunt Weekly Distributor; (c) detect abuse, sybil behavior, or fraud; (d) respond to your inquiries; (e) improve the Service. We do not sell user data to third parties.

We share information only with: (a) Exchanges in our affiliate network — to receive rebate data; (b) The AttenHunt protocol — your wallet address and FeePoints amount are passed to the on-chain Weekly Distributor for AHT release; (c) Service providers — hosting, analytics, email services bound by confidentiality; (d) Legal compliance — when required by applicable law or court order.

We retain user data for as long as your FeePoints account is active plus a reasonable period thereafter for legal and accounting purposes. Aggregate cycle data (Confirmed Revenue, total AHT released) is retained indefinitely for protocol transparency.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to: access your data, correct inaccuracies, request deletion (subject to legal retention obligations), restrict processing, port your data, and object to certain uses. Contact privacy@feepoints.com to exercise these rights.

We use minimal cookies for session management and language preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You may disable cookies via browser settings; some Service features may not function properly without them.

We apply industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS), encryption at rest where applicable, access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no system is perfectly secure — you are responsible for safeguarding your own credentials (wallet keys, account passwords).

User data may be processed in jurisdictions other than your own. By using the Service, you consent to such transfers, subject to applicable data protection laws.
