Terms of Use

By accessing FeePoints (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. FeePoints reserves the right to update these terms; material changes will be disclosed in the FeePoints Changelog with at least 7 days advance notice where reasonably possible.

FeePoints is a service that records user trading rebate contributions to the AttenHunt protocol. We do not custody your funds, execute trades on your behalf, or hold any AHT tokens. AHT distribution is performed by the AttenHunt protocol via the Weekly Distributor contract; FeePoints retains 0 AHT.

You agree to: (a) provide accurate exchange account information when binding; (b) not engage in wash trading, sybil attacks, or other manipulative behavior to inflate FeePoints; (c) comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction; (d) not use the Service if you reside in a Restricted Jurisdiction (see Risk Disclosure).

FeePoints does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. AHT value is determined by market forces and protocol structure — neither FeePoints nor AttenHunt guarantees any return. All content on this site is informational only.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. FeePoints disclaims liability for any losses arising from: smart contract bugs in the AttenHunt protocol or related contracts; exchange-side issues (API failures, account suspensions, rebate program changes); market volatility affecting AHT value; user error including lost wallet keys; regulatory changes in any jurisdiction.

Governing law and dispute resolution venue to be specified in the final published terms. Until then, disputes shall be addressed in good faith via the contact channels below.
